Upload Survey Data

Upload your Qualtrics survey export (SPSS .sav format). The file should contain:

  • Outcome variable - A likert scale question (e.g., "How likely are you to purchase?")
  • Attribute columns - Matrix questions with rows for each attribute and likert scale responses
  • Segmentation variables (optional) - Demographics or other variables for creating custom segments
SPSS files include metadata! Variable labels, value labels, and question text will be automatically extracted.

Quadrant Plot

Plot correlation (X) vs stated value (Y) to identify key drivers, opportunities, and over-delivered attributes.
